Fraud prevention
Stops the return or the account before the damage.
A return shipped from another city, a tampered label, a delivery outside the warehouse, a reused template: Twinkie recognises them and stops the return or the account before the damage, with a readable reason and a person who can review everything.
Chargeback prevention
The dossier is already there, and goes out through Stripe.
When a dispute arrives the evidence is already there — order, delivery, conversations — encrypted and chained. Twinkie builds the dossier and answers via Stripe, Shopify and PayPal; every decision can be reopened to see what the system knew.
